Apple and Elderberry

Ingredients for one person:

  • 100 ml Buttermilk
  • 50 ml Apple juice
  • 50 ml Elderberry juice
  • 5 measuring spoons Yokebe
  • ½ tsp. High-quality vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a Yokebe-Shaker and shake vigorously. Please pour the liquid into the shaker first and then add the Yokebe powder.

Step 2

Pour the shake into a tall glass and serve with a straw – perfect as a fruity Yokebe-Shake variety!
