Beetroot Shake

Ingredients for one person

  • 150 ml Buttermilk (1 % fat)
  • 50 ml Carrot juice
  • 1 beet Precooked beetroot
  • 5 measuring spoons Yokebe
  • ½ tsp. High-quality vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Puree the beetroot with a liquidiser or blender.

Step 2

Pour the puree into the shaker with the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously until creamy. Please pour the liquid into the shaker first and then add the Yokebe powder.

Step 3

Pour the shake into a tall glass and serve with a straw – the hearty Yokebe shake variety is ready!
