Buttermilk and Passion Fruit Shake

Ingredients for one person:

  • 150 ml Buttermilk
  • 50 g Passion Fruit
  • 5 measuring spoons Yokebe
  • ½ tsp. High-quality vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Blend the passion fruit with a liquidiser or blender.

Step 2

Pour the liquid into the shaker with the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously until creamy. Please pour the liquid into the shaker first and then add the Yokebe powder.

Step 3

Pour the shake into a tall glass and serve with a straw – the exotic Yokebe shake variety is ready!
