Coconut and Mango Shake

Ingredients for 1 person:

  • 150 ml Milk (1.5 % fat)
  • 50 ml Coconut milk
  • 50 g Mango puree
  • 5 tbsp.. Yokebe
  • ½ tsp. High-quality vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Puree the mango with a liquidiser or blender.

Step 2

Pour the puree into the shaker with the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously until creamy. Please pour the liquid into the shaker first and then add the Yokebe powder.

Step 3

Pour the shake into a tall glass and serve with a straw – the Caribbean Yokebe shake variety is ready!
