Coconut mango shake

Ingredients for one person:

  • 150 ml milk (1.5 % fat)
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 50 g pureed mango
  • 5 measuring spoons of Yokebe
  • ½ tsp high-quality vegetable oil


Step 1

Blend the mango using a stick blender or food processor.

Step 2

Add the puree to the shaker with the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously until you get a creamy mixture. Add the liquid to the shaker first and then the Yokebe powder.

Step 3

Serve the shake in a tall glass with a straw – the Caribbean Yokebe shake variation is ready!
