Fresh Strawberry Shake

Ingredients for one person:

  • 150 ml buttermilk
  • 100 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 5 measuring spoons of Yokebe
  • ½ tsp high-quality vegetable oil
  • Lemon balm

Preparation:

Step 1

Blend the strawberries using a stick blender or food processor.

Step 2

Add the puree to the shaker with the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously until you get a creamy mixture. Add the liquid to the shaker first and then the Yokebe powder.

Step 3

Serve the shake in a tall glass with a straw – the easy refreshment is ready and loaded with vitamins!
