Blend the cucumber, celery and parsley with the juice of ½ lemon using a stick blender or food processor.
Add the puree to the shaker with the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously until you get a creamy mixture. Add the liquid to the shaker first and then the Yokebe powder.
Serve the shake in a tall glass with a straw – the healthy green Yokebe shake variation is ready!
