Mint and Lemon Milkshake

Ingredients for one person

  • 200 ml Milk (1.5 % fat)
  • 1/8 Unwaxed lemon peel
  • 5 measuring spoons Yokebe
  • ½ tsp. High-quality vegetable oil
  • 1 dash   Lemon juice
  • Mint leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a Yokebe-Shaker and shake vigorously. Please pour the liquid into the shaker first and then add the Yokebe powder.

Step 2

Pour the shake into a tall glass and serve with a straw – the refreshing Yokebe shake variety is ready!
