Peach and Yoghurt Shake

Ingredients for one portion

  • 100 ml Milk (1.5 % fat)
  • 100 ml Yoghurt (1.5 % fat)
  • 50 g Peach
  • 5 measuring spoons Yokebe
  • ½ tsp. High-quality vegetable oil                

Preparation

Step 1

Puree the peach with a liquidiser or blender.

Step 2

Pour the purée into the shaker with the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously until creamy. Please pour the liquid into the shaker first and then add the Yokebe powder.

Step 3

Pour the shake into a tall glass and serve with a straw – the fruity Yokebe shake variety is ready!
