Pear and Kefir Shake

Ingredients for one person:

  • 150 ml Milk (1.5 % fat)
  • 50 ml Kefir
  • 50 ml Unsweetened pear purée
  • 5 measuring spoons Yokebe
  • ½ sp. High-quality vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a Yokebe-Shaker and shake vigorously. Please pour the liquid into the shaker first and then add the Yokebe powder.

Step 2

Pour the shake into a tall glass and serve with a straw – the fruity Yokebe shake variety is ready!
