Sour Raspberries

Ingredients for one person:

  • 1 squirt
  • 5 measuring spoons
  • ½ tsp. Milk (1.5 % fat)
  • Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Lime juice
  • Yokebe
  • High-quality vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Blend the raspberries with a liquidiser or blender.

Step 2

Pour the milk into the shaker with the rest of the ingredients and blend until it’s creamy.

Step 3

Pour the liquid into the shaker and then add the Yokebe powder. Shake vigorously.

Step 4

Pour the shake into a tall glass and serve with a straw – the sweet and sour refreshment is finished!
