Tomato and feta salad

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 300 g spring onions
  • 2 tbsp.. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp.. vinegar
  • 2 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 5 basil leaves, chopped
  • Salt, pepper


Step 1

Dice the tomatoes and feta cheese, slice the spring onions into rings.

Step 2

For the dressing, mix the oil, vinegar, basil, salt and pepper, and pour over the salad.

Step 3

Serve with wholemeal bread.
